Sharon Sirota has over 30 years in public and private schools teaching from JK-Grade 8 as well as acting as a primary/junior instructional facilitator consulting with other teachers. She has served students, parents and educators as a Special Education Resource Teacher for over twenty years. Her academic assessment and program planning skills are highly refined and always focus on providing strategies for students to increase self confidence and achievement.
Sharon holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from McGill University, a Bachelor of Education from the University of Toronto and a Masters of Science in Educational Administration from Niagara University. She also holds specialist qualifications in Special Education and Junior Education.

Ellen Rass was an educator with the York Region District School Board for 33 years. She taught in the secondary panel for 24 years and held a Position of Responsibility as a Department Head for 16 of those years. Ellen was also a Secondary School Vice Principal for almost ten years providing leadership in five different schools.
Ellen completed her Masters of Education in Theory and Policy Studies at University of Toronto. She has presented at several educational and research conferences about teaching and learning using technology. She has shared her expertise with parents, students and educators. Ellen has a strong commitment to student learning, achievement and success.

As a Certified Life Coach, Debbie works with clients on important life issues such as developing self-awareness and illuminating personal strengths and values. Coupling her passions for life and helping others achieve their personal greatness, she became a life coach.
Having experienced many life changes, Debbie understands that life is never a straight path, it's about branches in the road and making the right choices. But with the right support and guidance your path can feel much more manageable. She now coaches individuals to help them gain clarity and confidence in how to use their unique strengths as they pave the way forward.
Lynette Nastich has been an educator for over 30 years in public and private schools. Lynette specializes in educational leadership, literacy and providing services for students with special needs. For the past twenty years Lynette was an elementary administrator of several schools in the Ajax-Pickering area, most recently as Principal at Frenchman's Bay PS.
Her vision is always to create the most enabling and positive learning environment possible for each and every learner!
Lynette holds a BA.Sc. in Child Studies from Guelph University, a Bachelor of Education and a Masters of Education in Special Education both from the University of Toronto. Lynette has also completed her Supervisory Officer qualifications.
